The Horses
Tony Cingrani – SP – 47% owned. Cingrani is back in the big leagues and gets a very nice matchup against the Cubs tomorrow. I think he can continue where he left off last month before he was sent down. (Rating ****)
Michael Wacha – SP – 51% owned. Mikey had a rough outing in his last start getting touched up for 6 earned runs, but I think he can bounce back against the Mets, who just got swept by the Marlins over the weekend. Yikes! (Rating ****)
Wily Peralta – SP – 2% owned. Peralta has been average at best this year but gets the Marlins tomorrow so I think he can give us a quality start. This pick is purely matchup based. (Rating ***)
The Lumber
Miguel Montero – C – 56% owned. This poor man’s Miggy has underperformed this year, hence the 56% ownage rate, but he does have good history against Zack Greinke. Miggy is 4 for 6 with a double and a home run against the Dodgers pitcher, so I think he has a chance to have a very good game Tuesday. (Rating *****)
Carlos Quentin – OF – 22% owned. Quentin has been turning it on this month and is 3 for 6 with two home runs against Tim Hudson. Stream away! (Rating *****)
